I’m not just a Sedona Realtor. I’m
a Sedona resident. In fact, I’ve
lived here since relocating in 1988. Since that
time I’ve seen a lot of changes. I’ve
witnessed the evolution
of Sedona’s discovery and growth. I know
the idiosyncracies of living in Sedona in general
as well as the specific
areas that you might be considering. Although
I can visit or read about an area and therefore
think I know a lot
about it, nothing substitutes for living there.

can only be obtained through extensive experience.
How long did it take you to become an expert
in your field? I have been a full-time Sedona
real estate agent since 1989. That means I have
transacted literally hundreds of real estate
sales. And even with that much experience I
continue to learn something new with almost
every transaction. Every combination of property,
buyer and seller are different, but many of
the challenges are related. I can anticipate
the possible obstacles to a successful transaction
before they happen. And I have compiled a list
of competent vendors and other resources to
assist me in resolving issues that will inevitably
arise. Like Verizon Wireless says, “Your
problem becomes my problem.” And I take
that very seriously.

I bring an intimate knowledge of the
inventory. I am constantly viewing
and showing Sedona real estate. Sometimes I
know of properties before they even hit the
market. And I know these properties first hand,
not just viewing virtual tours and photos online.
I also make it a point to watch the daily activity
report for properties that meet my serious buyers’
criteria. In summary, I know Sedona real estate
so you don’t have to!

and developed skills that will assist you in
making a smarter real estate purchase.
The purchase and/or sale of real estate can
be a highly emotionally charged experience.
Combinations of personalities and motivations
for buying and selling do not always gel between
buyer and seller. I have studied negotiating
and conflict resolution so that I can more effectively
represent your interests at the time of contract,
repair negotiations, and beyond.

I can help you determine your buying
power. I have developed numerous lender
contacts for meeting endless buyer needs. And
even before introducing you to the right lender
for your needs, I can walk you through a general
financing assessment to help you understand
the cash resources you’ll require, debt
ratios, and other lender evaluations.

I will be your guide through the entire
buying process. My services begin with
our introductory conversation and do not conclude
until you tell me we are done! That includes
the initial evaluation of Sedona or the Verde
Valley as a possibility for purchase, the viewing
and eventual selection of the appropriate property,
the construction and negotiation of the purchase
agreement, the coordination of all details during
the transaction including scheduling inspections,
reviewing reports, communications with your
lender and other advisors, and insuring that
you meet all deadlines and other commitments
of contract.
