Catherine wrote our purchase contract extending
the normal inspection period to ensure we had enough

worked for a title company in Michigan, I have had
lots of contact with realtors over the years. Catherine
went far above and beyond the call of duty tracking
down information, making phone calls, even working
out issues with neighboring property owners, etc.
She saved us tons of leg-work and grief, refusing
to give up until every detail was ironed out to
our complete satisfaction. Her sound advice and
wisdom saved us from being in the middle of a potentially
sticky situation with our new neighbors, enabling
us to have that first contact on good terms while
she took the heat as the “sounding board”
prior to close of escrow.
When it looked as if the deal would fall
through at the last minute, she was still making
phone calls and talking with all the affected parties
to make it all happen for us. We not only had an
outstanding realtor, we gained a friend in the process.
Sometimes you’re not sure if a realtor is
fighting for your best interest or her own or the
sellers. There was definitely no doubt that Catherine
was focused solely on what was best for us. In addition,
our circumstances required some matters to be kept
strictly confidential. Catherine’s professionalism
in this area was outstanding.
